This is a print of Authentic winning the 2020 Kentucky Derby. Jockey, John Velasquez, gave the colt a masterful ride according to trainer, Bob Baffert. He went to the lead right from the gate, and John nursed him along the entire way. When favorite, Tiz the Law loomed up on the outside of him turning for home, Authentic had more in the tank. He won the race by 1 1/4 lengths. Pictured here is authentic and Tiz the Law coming to the wire. The view is from the inside rail looking up at the horses, with the grandstand, including one of Churchill Down's spires in the background.
